NATIONAL HONOR CHOIR

Chase Fossen, an eighth-grader at Skyridge Middle School in Camas, has been invited to participate in the 2017 National ACDA Honor Choir, which will perform in March in Minneapolis. Chase was selected for the honor choir as a fourth-grader, and again as a sixth-grader. The ACDA National Honor Choir is organized every second year.

Chase has sung in county, state, regional and national honor choirs. He sang one year with the Portland Boy Choir, and was accepted by audition into the American Boy Choir in Princeton, N.J. With the recent acceptance to the National ACDA Honor Choir, he has been invited to participate in the European Honor Choir tour.

He is the son of Melanie Rivero of Camas, and Kevin Fossen of Vancouver.
