Boys basketball: Washougal 66, Hudson’s Bay 64, 2OT

Collin Prangley scored 35 points as the Washougal boys basketball team outlasted Hudson’s Bay 66-64 in a double-overtime thriller at Hudon’s Bay.

Washougal led 49-46 late in the fourth quarter when Quentin Raynor banked in a 3-pointer with eight seconds left to force overtime.

Bay led 55-53 near the end of the first overtime when Troy Prince-Butterfield got a steal and layup to force the second overtime.

Bay had a chance to force another overtime, but missed two free throws late in the second overtime. The Eagles were 8 for 29 from the line.

Raynor had 25 points to pace Bay.
