Riley Noah scored 20 points and Emmitt Kinch added 19 to lead Kelso.
Heritage, trailing by 10 at halftime, took a one-point lead in the fourth quarter.
In all, the Timberwolves made 14 3-pointers. Keoni Peneueta and Nick Morse each made five 3-pointers, each finishing with 17 points.
Sanjeet Singh added 12 points, and Jander Cline scored 10 for the Timberwolves.
