Boys basketball: Union 74, Prairie 50

Senior guard Cameron Cranston scored 21 points and surpassed 1,000 career points in Union’s victory.

Tyler Combs scored 18 points. That included eight in the first quarter as the Titans jumped to a 19-10 lead.

Union (6-0) made 11 3-pointers.

“We shot the ball really well,” coach Blake Conley said. “It came from our good passing. We made the extra pass tonight and that set us up for open shots.”

Kameron Osborn scored 14 points to lead Prairie (3-1).
