How Clark County college football players fared, Dec. 3

The postseason has arrived for a handful of local college football players whose teams are still alive.

Some are headed to bowl games. That includes Skyview grad Hayden Schuh, whose Washington teammates will face Alabama in the Peach Bowl on Dec. 31 in the College Football Playoff semifinals.

Local Washington State players Parker Henry and Erik Powell are headed to the Holiday Bowl, where the Cougars will face Minnesota.

Union grad Trent Cowan and his Idaho teammates are headed to Boise for the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl and a matchup against Colorado State.

James Price of Camas is on a Wyoming team that will face BYU in the Poinsettia Bowl.

And a handful of locals on Eastern Washington, including Roldan Alcobendas and Reilly Hennessey, are headed to the quarterfinals of the FCS playoffs after a decisive win on Saturday.
