Someone reportedly stole a custom electric wheelchair from a Hazel Dell residence Sunday, and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to track it down.

Sheriff’s Sgt. Fred Neiman said the culprit took the chair and a laptop, and there was no sign of forced entry.

He said investigators had no suspect information.

The sheriff’s office said the Quickie-brand chair was valued at $26,000. The chair’s serial number is M710a-111134.

The sheriff’s office asked anyone who spots the chair or has information on the burglary to contact Deputy Zach Nielsen at 360-397-2211 ext. 5491 or zach.nielsen@clark.wa.gov.
