The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

FAIRGROUNDS: Jerry Marger seeks approval to construct additional residential units at Vista View apartments, 2114 N.E. 144th St. and 14505 N.E. 20th Ave., Vancouver. The proposed addition is for 26 apartments and a new club house. The applicant proposes to consolidate two tax lots, which will result in one 5.27-acre parcel with 116 residential units.
