Seven local Boy Scouts recently passed their Eagle Scout boards of review and have advanced to the rank of Eagle Scout:

Dane Berg, 18, son of Erik and Robbie Berg, led a group of volunteers removing English ivy for Clark Public Utilities. Berg is a member of Boy Scout Troop 358 and a graduate of Skyview High School.

Christian Bickmore, 18, a Skyview graduate, led a group of volunteers in running a clothing and food drive for Share House in Vancouver. He is the son of Bill and Karla Bickmore and a member of Boy Scout Crew 104.

Matthew Collyer II, 17, of Boy Scout Troop 344, led a group in painting a shed for the Pacific Soccer Club in Battle Ground. Matthew is the son of Theresa Collyer-Hite and is a graduate of Battle Ground High School.

Trevor Gassaway, 18, of Boy Scout Crew 904, led a group of Scouts and adult volunteers producing quilts and blankets for Project Linus. Gassaway is the son of David and Kristin Gassaway and a graduate of Skyview High School.

Christopher Harrell, 15, of Boy Scout Varsity Team 336, led a project producing dental hygiene kits for children in the Philippines. The son of Dr. Clinton and Lora Harrell, Christopher will be a sophomore at Skyview High School.

William Krajewski, 17, son of Joe and Karen Krajewski, led a group of volunteers to build IV pole lily pads for pediatric cancer patients at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. He will be a senior at Prairie High School and is a member of Boy Scout Troop 310.

Nicholas Krane, 17, of Boy Scout Troop 310, led a volunteer group producing child identification kits. Nicholas is the son of Paul and Ellen Krane and will be a senior at Skyview High School.
