Three health care leaders joined the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington’s board of directors: Gena Bailey, Dr. J. Bruce Bell and Dr. Kelly Smith. The Vancouver-based clinic provides free health care to uninsured or underinsured people.
Bailey is the senior director of dental care delivery for Kaiser Permanente, where she’s worked since 1988. Bell is a retired neurologist who worked for PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center and helped found Vancouver Neurologists. Smith has worked in medical oncology and hematology with the PeaceHealth Medical Group since 2011.
