The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

EAST MINNEHAHA: TR-22, a limited liability company based in Battle Ground, seeks approval to build a 22-unit apartment complex including two separate apartment buildings and three buildings for parking, on 1.88 acres at 6013 N.E. 63rd St., in the R-12 zone. MAPLE TREE: Han Lee with H. NORTH SALMON CREEK: Robin Smith with Verizon seeks approval for the construction of a wireless communication facility comprised of a 130-foot monopole, and ground equipment within a 55-foot by 55-foot fenced area on 9.8 acres. The site is accessible from Northwest 151st Street, and just north of Northwest Bliss Road, near its intersection with Northwest 29th Ave. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. WASHOUGAL RIVER: Phillip and Diane Clay seek approval to build a single-family residence and accessory building on 5.29 acres in a GLSA-40 zoning district within the Columbia River Scenic Gorge area. The site is on both sides of Hans Nagel Road, approximately 1,300 feet north of its intersection of Southeast Gibson Road. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Thursday.
