This year’s fair promises a big dose of the familiar exhibits and events, which make it one of the largest in the state. A special exhibit, Fun Science Experience, will include science-themed stage shows, robotics and hands-on displays.

The fair opens its 10-day run Friday. The fair opens at 8 a.m. Friday with the annual pancake breakfast, which is free with a coupon from Fred Meyer. The fair opens at 10 a.m. on other days, and the carnival opens at noon most days. More information is at www.clarkcofair.com.
