Ryan Schmidt, 18, a senior at iTech Prep and son of David and Ramona Schmidt of Hazel Dell, passed his Eagle Scout Board of Review in January. For his Eagle project, Ryan constructed a green screen which he designed to separate into three modules and fold down for storage, and which will be used by iTech middle school video production classes. He has been a scout since first grade advancing through Pack 633, and Troops 343 and 316, and served as a summer camp staff at BSA Camp Lewis for two seasons. He enjoys traditional archery and has constructed his own hickory flat bow.
