Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Crystal Enterprises, producers of nontoxic cleaning solutions, has leased 3,000 square feet of space at Vancouver Business Park, 3315 N.E. 112th Ave., spaces B59-61, Vancouver. Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Gail L. Gregg, investor, has purchased a 3,840-square-foot medical office building at 416 N.E. 87th Ave., Vancouver. The purchase price was $900,000. Garret Harper of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer and Joel Stadler of Stadler Realty Group represented the seller.

Global Mission Innovations has leased 2,500 square feet of office space at 1356 Down River Drive, Building A, Suite 105, Woodland.

Paceline, a financial and insurance services firm, has leased 1,012 square feet of office space at Columbia Tech Center, 1498 Tech Center Place, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is May 1. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Pampered Paws, a pet supply and food store, has leased 1,589 square feet at Center Square, 13305 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is June 10. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

Premiere Property Group, a real estate firm, has leased 5,918 square feet of office space at 311 W. 11th St., Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

TR22, a construction company, has purchased 1.88 acres of vacant land at 6013 N.E. 63rd Ave., Vancouver, from Grimm Living Trust. The purchase price was $163,700. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Vancouver PB has purchased two restaurants in Hazel Dell from MAJ Place: Panera Bread, at 7200 N.E. Highway 99, was purchased for $2,295,000, and Taco Bell, at 7206 N.E. Highway 99, was purchased for $1,400,000. Steve Mack with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the buyer.
