Motorcyclist injured in crash with school bus

A motorcyclist was injured after crashing into a school bus Monday morning, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The school bus was stopped in the 8600 block of Northeast 117th Avenue just before 7 a.m. when the biker crashed into the back, Sgt. Fred Neiman said.

The motorcyclist, Damon Garrow, 35, of Clackamas, Ore., drove himself to the hospital, according to the Washington State Patrol. He will be cited for following too closely, according to the State Patrol.

The bus was not damaged, and no one on it was injured, according to troopers.
