The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

CAMP BONNEVILLE: Parallel Infrastructure seeks approval for the construction of a 165-foot-tall monopole with associated ground equipment and a generator within a 30-foot by 30-foot fenced area. The site is on three acres on the south side of Northeast 58th Street, about 1,000 feet east of Northeast 217th Street. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: April 20. GREATER BRUSH PRAIRIE: Aaron Wozniak with Jackola Engineering & Architecture seeks approval for the construction of the Union Park Apartments, with 120 units on 4.87 acres. The proposed dock is to extend 282 feet from the ordinary high-water mark, and include eight slips. The site is at 14301 S.E. Evergreen Highway. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant.
