Adventure Psychological Service has leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 717 N.E. 61st St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord and Cari Jones of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.
Waterfront Members Building Association purchased 1.27 acres at the southwest corner of the intersection of West 29th Street and Kauffman Avenue in Vancouver from New Brickyard. The site is in the light-industrial zone. The purchase price was $609,000. Mike Walling of City Commercial Group represented both parties.
