Evergreen schools invites public to tour HeLa High

Vancouver — The public is invited to tour Henrietta Lacks Health and Bioscience High School from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 20.

Visitors are asked to meet at 8 a.m. at Clark County Skills Center, 12200 N.E. 28th St., to board a bus to HeLa High. After the tour, visitors will return to the Skills Center for a brief tour followed by lunch. Transportation and lunch are free.

Evergreen Public Schools opened HeLa High in 2013. It serves about 500 students in grades 9 through 12.
