Portland — REACH Community Development, a Portland-based affordable housing developer, appointed Anthony Petchel as the new director of philanthropy.
Previously, Petchel was vice president of development at OMSI, and he’s served on the board of directors for Willamette Valley (Ore.) Development Officers and was treasurer for Portland Homeless Family Solutions.
REACH is currently building a 49-unit apartment complex for low-income seniors in central Vancouver called Isabella Court.
