Nelson & Swaite, CPAs, has leased 2,074 square feet of office space at Columbia Tech Center, 1498 S.E. Tech Center Drive, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Jim West and Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant, and Jim West also represented the landlord.
