A man entered the Bank of America branch at an Albertsons store in the Salmon Creek area and demanded the teller hand over money, but he left empty-handed, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The man entered the store, 14300 N.E. 20th Ave., around 5 p.m. and presented a demand note to the teller. Deputy Sgt. Chad Rothenberger said no weapon was seen, but the man did have a hand in his high-visibility, construction-style vest.

The man gave up and left without getting any money, Rothenberger said. No one was hurt. The sheriff’s office released photos of the man captured from store surveillance video, and asked anyone with helpful information to call 911.
