Clothing drive to aid band, football program

Hockinson — Hockinson High School is raising money for its band and football programs through a clothing drive this Sunday. The school worked with Clothes for the Cause, which collects textiles in exchange for money.

Accepted items include clothing, shoes, stuff animals, drapes, blankets, towels, purses and belts. Donations can be dropped off at the high school, 16819 N.E. 159th St., between 1 and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. To donate before Sunday or to arrange collection, contact Sandy Bishop at 360-606-1876.
