A Milwaukie, Ore., woman hurt when her car struck a concrete barrier at the Interstate 205-Highway 500 interchange on Saturday night was treated and released, according to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Joy C. Jackson, 39, swerved to avoid another vehicle and went into the barrier.
