A woman accused of striking and killing a motorcyclist while high on methamphetamine has moved to Salem, Ore., according to court documents — a third instance of her violating the conditions of her release — and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.
Tanya M. Leffler, 35, was out on bail for the third time when police learned she had moved to Salem, which is outside of the area where she was restricted, and was there without permission of the court.
Both are violations of her release following posting bail in connection to the fatal crash.
According to court records, Leffler was driving under the influence when her car plowed into James Luden, 54, of Vancouver, who was stopped on his motorcycle at an intersection April 14, 2014.
