PORTLAND — The Oregon Bass and Panfish Club will meet at 7 p.m. Oct. 29 at the East Portland Community Center, 740 S.E. 106th Ave.
Gary Galovich, warm water biologist for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, will be the guest speaker. He was present a program on bank-fishing opportunities, plus good winter angling locations.
