Banner Bank has leased 2,380 square feet of office space at Park Tower I, 201 N.E. Park Plaza Drive, Suite 224, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Nov. 1. Byron Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Kristin Hammond of CBRE represented the landlord.

Chad Lee has leased 1,100 square feet of office space for a debt collection business at 1331 N. Goerig St., Suite D, Woodland, from PeaceHealth Medical Group. Paul Young of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Legit Roofing has leased 2,400 square feet of warehouse and office space at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Maya Paradise has leased 665 square feet of retail space for a massage business at 9100-9106 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from Maria’s Properties. Tom Smith and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Ovivo, an international company specializing in water treatment systems, has leased 2,100 square feet of office space at Vancouver Mall Business Park, 5131 N.E. 94th Ave., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Rocket Delivery has leased 2,510 square feet of industrial space at 11825 N.E. 113th St., Suite 123, Vancouver, from Highway 503 Properties. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.
