Vancouver resident appointed to state board by governor

Governor appointed Vaughn Brown of Vancouver to state board

Central Vancouver — Vaughn Brown of Vancouver was appointed to the Washington Rehabilitation Council for the Blind by Gov. Jay Inslee.

Brown’s term started on Sept. 28, and runs until Sept. 13, 2016. The board contains 15 appointees by the governor, and they advise the director of the Department of Services for the Blind.
