Prangley scored 12 points in the first half, and Oberg had eight of his 11 in the fourth quarter including two key 3-pointers.
Hockinson built an early 9-3 lead, but Washougal recovered thanks to solid defense and controlling the rebounds.
Washougal (7-5) is tied with Woodland and Mark Morris at 3-1 atop the 2A GSHL.
