Hazel Dell — Members of the Rotary Club of Vancouver spent their Halloween in the garden.
A group of more than 10 participated in a hands-on service project at Clark County’s Heritage Farm, pulling up stakes as part of fall cleanup and harvesting vegetables.
The vegetables will go to Clark County Food Bank.
