The Master Gardener Foundation of Clark County is accepting grant applications for 2016.
Eligible projects will educate people on the use of sound horticultural practices that preserve or enhance the environment.
This year, the foundation awarded 22 grants totaling more than $34,000 for community gardens, school projects and horticulture educational activities. The awards followed successful fundraising events for the Master Gardener Foundation, a nonprofit organization.
