Camas — The warm yellow glow of Camas’ streetlights will look a little whiter by the end of the year as the city installs energy-efficient LED lights.
Camas is set to change its more than 3,200 lights to the longer-lasting LEDs. A state grant paid for the upgrade.
The lights will appear brighter and whiter, according to a city press release.
Work replacing the lights could continue into early 2016.
