The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

City of Vancouver

OGDEN: Alan Cantlin of Madison Vancouver seeks approval to construct two 5,000-square-foot buildings, for retail and restaurant use, at 4317 N.E. Thurston Way. An existing vacant restaurant building will be demolished. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Friday.
