Three people who allegedly burglarized a Vancouver Walgreens were arraigned Thursday in Clark County Superior Court.
Robert R. Cramer, 23, of Fairview, Ore., who faces the most charges, entered not-guilty pleas to two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to deliver, two counts of first-degree malicious mischief, first- and second-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree theft.
Jeffrey A. Fuller, 38, a transient, and Rachel D. Proper, 42, of Clatskanie, Ore., pleaded not guilty to five counts, including two counts of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance with the intent to deliver, first-degree malicious mischief, second-degree burglary and first-degree theft.
Their trials are scheduled to begin July 13.
All three were arrested May 10 after a report of a burglary at a Walgreens pharmacy at 8511 N.E. 162nd Ave., near the east end of Padden Parkway.
