Downtown Vancouver’s space for food carts just got a little roomier. Jordan Menashe, an investor with the Menashe Group, which owns Main Place, 1111 Main St., has added a food cart pod to the front courtyard of the site.

It allows one food cart on the premises at a time on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Mighty Bowl will serve on Monday, Esoteric BBQ on Tuesday, and Ingrid’s GoodStreetFood on Thursday.

Menashe said Tuesday he’s looking to add another food cart as part of the rotation. The food cart pod is part of a larger effort to spruce up the site, he said. “It’s just going to be fun.”
