The Hough Neighborhood Association will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Hough Elementary School media room to talk about problems with the Mill Plain Boulevard sound wall, among other things.
Neighborhood residents say the high, concrete wall and its secluded alcoves are magnets for undesirable activity such as vandalism, drug use, littering and camping.
The neighborhood association will discuss creating a committee to address the issues in the short and long terms.
In attendance at the Tuesday meeting will be Vancouver City Councilor Alishia Topper and Karen Madsen, Arts of Clark County chair.
