Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Cody Crew, a staffing company, has purchased a 2,000-square-foot office building at 3100 Main St., Vancouver, from Brar Main Street Management. The purchase price was $325,000. Terri Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the seller, and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.

Family Solutions, specializing in children’s mental health services, has leased 3,482 square feet of space at Four Seasons, 2612 N.E. 114th Ave., Building M, Suites 4 and 6, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Nathan Junkin has purchased a 2,880-square-foot retail building on .96 of an acre at 6101 N.E. St. Johns Road, Vancouver, from Christina Duncan. The purchase price was $319,000. Mark Banta of Commercial Realty Advisors Northwest represented the buyer, and Steve Mack of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
