The Beauty Bar Salon & Spa has leased 1,515 square feet of space at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 11215 N.E. 28th St., Building A, Suite 2, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Circle M has purchased commercial buildings and land at 7115, 7205, 7207 and 7209 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., Vancouver, from the Wanda Albrici Trust. The purchase price was $900,000. Charlie Kleier and Pam Lindloff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented both parties.

Dance Evolution is relocating from Washougal and has leased 1,300 square feet of space at 334 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from JCC Holdings. Greg Goforth of Windermere Crest Realty represented both parties.

ESS2 Group, doing business as Express Employment Professionals, an employment agency, has leased 2,300 square feet of space at Four Seasons Shopping Center, 2612 N.E. 114th Ave., Building M, Suite 2, Vancouver. Las Islas Marias, a Mexican restaurant, has leased a 3,800-square-foot building at 4400 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. KC Fuller and Eric Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

MD Structural Engineering has leased 1,044 square feet of office space at 113 W. Seventh St., Suite 205, Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is June 1. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the tenant. He and Gordon Lewis, also of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates, represented the landlord.

Tamila Kovalchuk has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space from Karl and Helen Seid at Orchard’s Square, 6300 N.E. 117th Ave., Vancouver, for a supplements and beauty aids business. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
