Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Cease Fire has leased 2,000 square feet of warehouse space at Van Mall Business Park, 5107 N.E. 94th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Earth Engineers, a geotechnical engineering firm, has purchased a 3,170 square foot building at 2411 S.E Eighth Ave., Camas. The purchase price was $475,000. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer and Tom Shimota of JLL represented the seller, Onyx Land Holdings.

Espresso Elegance, providing espresso catering, has renewed its lease at 5601 E. 18th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

J.L. Chudek, doing business as Dutch Bros. Coffee, has leased 550 square feet of office space and 1,200 square feet of warehouse space at EastRidge Business Park, 12013 N.E. 99th St., Vancouver. The anticipated move-in date is April 1. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant and Tom Shimota of JLL represented the landlord.

N.W. Bioanalytical has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at Van Mall Business Park, 5107 N.E. 94th St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Subway has renewed its lease at Centerpointe Retail Center, 8720 N.E. Centerpointe Drive, Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.

Uncle D’s Wood Fired Pizza has leased 5,600 square feet of retail space at North Parkway Mall, 11 N. Parkway, Battle Ground. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented both parties.

Upsource, a Web design and social media marketing firm, has expanded its office space by 1,018 square feet at McGillivray Place, 16703 S.E. McGillivray Blvd., Vancouver. Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant, and Tim Parker and Don Drake of Melvin Mark represented the landlord.

Wright Hotel Development has purchased a commercial office building at 3214 N.E. 42nd St., Vancouver, from Reil Partnership. The purchase price was $550,000. Ed Goldhammer of Realty Pro represented the seller, and Deanna Gunderson of Bill Gunderson Real Estate represented the buyer.
