East Vancouver — Members of the Clark County branch of the Salvation Army were recently honored by the Washington State Senate for the organization’s 125th anniversary. Sen. Don Benton, R-Vancouver, sponsored a resolution to honor the Salvation Army, and representatives from the group were celebrated on March 9.
