Car dealerships raffle off new car for Children’s Cancer Association

East Vancouver — Dick Hannah Dealerships’ “Keys to Our Heart” raffle raised $87,500 for the Children’s Cancer Association last month, and the winner of the drawing was allowed to choose one of eight 2015 model cars. The raffle was won by Mary Brown, who selected a Toyota Camry and picked up her car on March 14. The raffle was part of a weeklong Valentine-A-Thon fundraiser, also sponsored by KRSK-FM and KPTV-TV. During the drive, they raised more than $702,000 for the organization. This was the fifth year Hannah has participated in the event. This year, 3,500 raffle tickets were sold, the largest amount so far.
