The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

City of Vancouver

MOUNTAIN VIEW: T-Mobile USA seeks approval to build an 8-by-8-foot church steeple to extend 13 feet above the roof peak of the Cascade Park Baptist Church, concealing six wireless antennas. Associated ground equipment will be in an 11.5-by-14-foot fenced enclosure. The church is at 1201 S.E. 136th Ave. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: April 8. PORT OF CAMAS-WASHOUGAL: The Port of Camas-Washougal seeks approval to build a 24,300-square-foot multitenant industrial building on 2.74 acres at 4225 S. Lincoln St., Washougal. Foods in Season plans to expand its operation into the western half of the building. Proposed site improvements include parking, landscaping, lighting, pedestrian access and wetland buffer modifications. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Monday.
