The following are local land-use proposals. The county or city may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Clark County

YACOLT: Dave Halme of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church — Lewisville seeks approval for a new 36,000-square-foot church facility, north of Yacolt and east of and adjacent to Northeast Amboy Road. The church, with 1,030 seats in the sanctuary, and 361 parking spaces will be built on 10.59 acres on the site’s west side; 6.59 acres on the east side will remain in timber use. City of Vancouver

BENNINGTON: Chick-fil-A of Irvine, Calif., seeks approval to demolish an existing residence and construct a 4,526-square-foot restaurant with a drive-through and 13 parking spaces. A parking agreement with surrounding property owners will provide additional shared parking. The site is at 719 S.E. 164th Ave., in the OCI zone. Environmental impact rating: nonsignificant.
