Fidelity Title is expanding and has leased 438 additional square feet of office space at South View Office Professional Center, 3520 S.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver. Kelsey Bodine of Orion Realty Group represented the tenant, and Pam Lindloff and Tamara Fuller of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the landlord.
GV 49 has purchased the Garden View Apartments, with 48 units, at 117 N.E. 102nd Ave., Vancouver, from the Garden View Trust. The purchase price was $3,340,000. Parker Brennan Real Estate represented the buyer, and Brandi Welter and Gordon Lewis of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
