FRUIT VALLEY: HME Construction has proposed these changes within the shoreline jurisdiction at 6801 N.W. Lower River Road: extend an existing dock 26 feet waterward; place two 50-foot by 180-foot spud barges approximately 200 to 300 feet off shore; dredge 800 cubic yards; perform bank stabilization measures; remove a derelict dock; and install a concrete staging pad with steel piling for support near the bank.
