Celebrate 10 years of rusty masterpieces, creative reuse and recycled wonders during the Recycled Arts Festival. The popular festival has commissioned a Tin Man sculpture, made of recycled materials, for its anniversary, and needs the public to help vote on his heart, designed by local artists. All the hearts will be given to the American Heart Association after the festival. Stroll through the sculpture garden, take in music on the main stage and discover a piece of artwork from the hundreds of artists. The festival runs 9 a.m. to 6 today and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in Esther Short Park, 301 W. Eighth St., Vancouver. www.recycledartsfestival.com
