At its June 17 board meeting, the Oregon State Board of Nursing revoked the practical nurse license of Audrey Q. Adames, of Vancouver, for the unauthorized removal of drugs from the workplace, inaccurate and incomplete recordkeeping, failing to answer questions truthfully, and failing to conform to the essential standards of acceptable nursing practice.
