Hazel Dell — To celebrate the first day of their new Dutch Bros. location at 7300 N.E. Highway 99 in Vancouver, owners Heidi and Kenny Stromer charged $1 for all 16-ounce drinks. The June 10 drink special brought in $3,780, which will be donated to The Sensory Camp of Vancouver, a summer camp for children who face the challenges of autism, sensory integration and other disabilities. “We were able to meet some of the parents whose children attend this summer camp,” Kenny Stromer said in a release from Dutch Bros. “We saw how thankful they were and knew that we were donating our grand opening proceeds to the right place.”
