Army Spc. Shanley M. Bianca has completed basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. She is the granddaughter of Gerald Tenney of Vancouver.
Air Force Airman Jacob W. Sauter has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. He is the son of Julie Preston-Sauter and Joel Sauter of Albany, Ore., and grandson of Richard Sauter of Washougal.
Air Force Airman Cole C. Waddell, a 2014 graduate of Hockinson High School, has completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio. Waddell is the son of Cory and Meredith McNair of Hockinson.
