Free opportunities to fish, climb, use archery equipment and more will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site at the seventh annual Get Outdoors Day.
Other activities will include a historic fur trader encampment, runs of 3.1 and 6.2 miles and commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the eruption of Mount St. Helens.
The event, designed for families, is a joint effort of the National Park Service, Forest Service, City of Vancouver and Parks Foundation of Clark County.
