An 85-year-old Vancouver man who was reported missing Wednesday was found and returned to his family early Thursday morning.
Duane Varner, whom police said may have memory problems, was last seen on foot in the city’s Uptown Village area early Wednesday afternoon.
Someone spotted Varner just before 4 a.m. Thursday in the area of Southeast 117th Avenue and Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard. Police responded to the area and returned him to his family.
