Vancouver Metro Sunset Rotary has appointed a new board for the 2015-16 term: David Commeree, president; Rebecca Blaisdell, president-elect; Kimberly Pincheira, vice president-president nominee; Joseph Damiani, secretary; and Lyle Smith, treasurer.
Bruce Davidson, company founder and principal of Davidson and Associates Insurance of Vancouver, has received Safeco’s 2015 Award of Excellence. The award honors agents who partner with Safeco for their superior underwriting skills. Only 330 agents representing 288 agencies across the country received the award.
Leadership Clark County appointed Elizabeth Scott to its volunteer board of directors. Scott is a senior project manager with the Columbia River Economic Development Council, where she is lead manager for federal grants. Continuing on the nonprofit’s executive committee are Sharif Burdzik, chair; Phillip Haberthur, vice chair; Michael True, treasurer; Michelle Giovannozzi, secretary.
